Только что вернулись из поездки, жили в отеле "Сантана". В целом это очень неплохой отель. Да, для непритязаельных туристов, но плюсов очень много. Чисто, каждый день уборка, полотенца меняют раз в 3 дня. Номер уютный, довольно просторный. Правда, сантехника в довольно плачевном состоянии, но все работает. Очень приветливый персонал и дружеская атмосфера, даже несколько домашняя: и работники между собой очень привеливы, и к постояльцам отношение очень доброжелательное. Питание довольно скромное, но вкусное и разнообразное, повар просто кудесник. С удивлением прочитала про недостаток еды и длиннющие очереди за едой. Да, к началу обеда-ужина выстраивается небольшая очередь и горячее (одно наименование) выдает работник, но через 5 минут очередь рассасывается и "раздатчик" уходит - бери сколько хочешь, и ни разу не было, чтобы не хватило еды, хотя иногда мы приходили почти к самому концу. Дорога к морю очень приятная, у отеля есть свой участок на пляже (хотя там где угодно можно расположиться, пляж очень просторный, лежаков и зонтиков в избытке). Так почему же я ставлю "тройку"? Потому что был один очень большой недостаток для нас. Музыка. Ежевечерне с 20 до 23 часов врубалась оглушительная музыка - "дискотека!" И хотя танцующих было не больше десятка, все остальные постояльцы должны терпеть этот грохот, от которого не спасали никакие запертые окна-двери. На просьбы хотя бы сделать потише, хотя бы с 22 часов, менеджер никак не реагировал - "люди хотят веселиться!" Иногда музыку очень громко включали и днем, но там можно было договориться и ее делали потише или совсем выключали. Но по вечерам эта пытка длилась 3 часа без всяких послаблений. Пожалуй, это единственный существенный недостаток. Но ОЧЕНЬ существенный: нет возможности ни посидеть вечерком на балконе, ни послушать цикад, ни просто открыть окно, да и заснуть под такое сопровождение, мягко говоря, непросто. Это очень, очень испортило впечатление от отеля.

Today is the 3rd night of my torment in this pseudo-hotel. I have never encountered such unceremonious impudence. The hotel itself is certainly primitive, what 3 stars. No territory, no lobby, no managers, since there is no reception either. There is a counter, empty, without workers. Saving on everything and on everything, at the expense of tourists. But not to such an extent!? Hey, owner, respond! Have respect for those who, despite the modest food, endless lines for food, lack of clean dishes and general cleanliness, risked staying in your establishment! Well, a guest should not, for his own money, knock on doors, wait, ask, beg to listen to his requests, requests, and still try to solve his problems! For example, I am not at all satisfied with the room, a walk-through room on the stairs, 8 sq. m, where there is only a bed with a view of the bathroom, i.e. the room-bathroom are adjacent tiny rooms, without a corridor, hallway, in this closet there is also a small closet and a non-working TV. There is no hair dryer either, but this is luxury! A small window, there is a mini-door to a mini-balcony, a cell-room with practically no daylight, a view of a nearby hotel, or rather the kitchen of this hotel. It is impossible to relax in such a room! Where is my standard? Why should I go to Santana for paid Internet, and there for food? This building, and in fact another hotel, unrelated to Santana, who knows who is checking me in, was called building B. Building B is located next to the main building, with pitchforks-shacks. In this way, the owner makes money off of us, the guests, considering it enough to simply feed us in his hotel, and everything else does not concern him... How can you fall asleep if the front door of the room rests against the bed, and the wall of the room borders on the stairs, along which vacationers walk, run, talk loudly, small children cry???. I hope my cry will be heard by those who are considering this substandard hotel! Stop, think! The guide from Biblio Globus instilled a small hope that he would help change this cell to a standard one, but there is very little hope. The general manager is either sleeping or taking a shower. At least, this is how the workers responsible for the bar and kitchen kicked me around... The hope was in vain, the guide did not bother to write what time he would be at the hotel. He wrote at 12.36 that he was already at the hotel. Yeah, apparently he thought that he would sit and wait for him, all day long. Just a minute, I flew here to swim in the warm sea, to recharge... And in no case to expect a manager who washes himself and an unnecessary guide!... It remains to resign yourself and, as they say, to survive at any cost, in this grief-hotel.. I want to loudly declare once again: Tourists, beware of the Santana Hotel, Beldibi! A ruined vacation by the unscrupulous owner is guaranteed! And no one will help you, especially the tour operator Biblio Globus!

The rooms are old and neglected, the shower does not work properly, we had a hard time taking a bath. The manager does not take your requests into consideration. The food is always the same, chicken and its varieties every day, it is not an open buffet, the attendant puts the products you point to on your plate, which causes a queue. All drinks are served from a place like a buffet. The cheapest drinks in the market, without further ado, I will prefer to pay a little more and have a holiday in a decent place.

It was my first time in a three-star hotel. I have nothing to compare it with in this segment, I didn't expect luxury in general, so I wasn't disappointed)) for a modest vacation a solid 4! Luxurious view of the mountains from the room, the room is clean, yes there were some embarrassments with the shower head, and the air conditioner rattled at night, but it didn't spoil our vacation. I want to say right away for people who are picky about food - this is definitely not the place for you. You won't go hungry, but don't expect a choice or exotics. I liked that the hotel is in a quiet place, it's very cozy, not noisy, the beach is nearby, entry into the sea with stones, slippers solve the problem) and in general your vacation depends only on your mood - and desire to relax! Have a good vacation and a great mood everyone!))

I went just because the price was affordable, all inclusive, I regretted it a thousand times. They gave me a bungalow in the middle of summer, I couldn't sleep until the morning because of the heat, they didn't change the room either. There is nothing to eat from lunch to 7 in the evening, the children are walking around hungry. There is a migrant girl in a white headscarf who says to ask for bread from the kitchen to the manager and gets away from me. She walks around with her face covered in a scowl. What a shame, we came from miles away and were disgraced. We went out and had dinner, why am I in all inclusive if I'm going to pay extra for that? Don't be fooled by the price, never come. Everyone regrets it a thousand times
